Specifically designed and tested for use with Raise3D Hyper Speed Kit and corresponding print profiles (Hyper Speed PLA).
Swap 1to1 Raise3D Hyper Speed PLA for ProFila PLA Speed. The differences are minimal.
When printing at high speeds, the filament is quickly fed into the heating block and has very little time to go from solid to molten state. Filament that is not fully softened can lead to nozzle clogging and poor layer bonding.
Thanks to the optimized molecular weight, tuned flowability and lower heat capacity, ProFila PLA Speed materials melt faster and also cool down much faster afterwards.
This results in very smooth parts and most sharp details are preserved. Most importantly, this filament produces an excellent layer bond and thus high strength in the Z-direction. Therefore, ProFila PLA Speed can also be used for concept models and prototyping.
