ProFila PET-CF Speed is a premium carbon fiber PET 3D filament suitable for a wide range of applications. It offers superior properties and can be used in any FDM/FFF 3D printer. Ideal for office and textile machinery as well as mechanical parts like supports, this filament guarantees 100% printability and satisfaction.
Moisture-resistant and ensuring repeatability in large prints, this filament is recommended to be pre-dried at 120°C for 4-6 hours before printing, with extended drying time for spools up to 1 kg. It’s advised not to leave the filament in the nozzle for longer than 20 minutes and to lower the temperature below 210°C to avoid overheating.
The recommended nozzle size is 0.6 mm for carbon fiber-reinforced filaments, and it’s suggested to use a hardened steel nozzle. Compatible with the Bambu Lab AMS, this filament can be printed in high-speed mode for optimized efficiency.
